If your final product is a free flowing material you may be able to save a lot of money as well as minimize the use of moving parts, by using gravity to fill your bags.

IEDCO’s "Gravi-Pak" does just this. By marrying a conventional bag chair and support system with Mettler Toledo load cells, Lynxbatch Controller and a pinch valve we can fill free flowing materials with speed and accuracy, at substantial savings.

The filling of powders into trays, mostly for placement into dryers or furnaces are traditionally filled by hand. With today’s ever increasing concerns about ergonomics and carpal-tunnel syndrome there is a strong need for automatic or semi-automatic filling systems.

We have developed several such systems, which include the completely automated system shown here. We have also developed simple and affordable, volumetric tray filling systems that solve most of the today’s concerns.
