Our IEDCO-Batch is on the Move!

May 2007, Turnersville, NJ - Known for accurate and efficient batching systems, IEDCO announces a new addition to their batching equipment line: The Portable IEDCO-Batch System.

Designed to batch product from bulk containers (drums, Gaylords, etc.), the Portable IEDCO-Batch System allows operators to use a single system in different areas within a processing facility.

Specifically deeveloped to eliminate operators scooping product from container to container - along with all the safety & ergonomic issues that involves.

The system is comprised of the following main components:

• Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyor
• Stainless Steel Feed Wand
• Sanitary Rotary Valve
• Central Control Panel with Weigh Instrumentation
• Roller Conveyor with Integrated Scale System

An operator can use this system anywhere within a processing plant as long as there is access to compressed air and a power source to plug into.

As with all of IEDCO's batching systems, the Portable IEDCO-Batch is designed to not only be maneuverable, but highly accurate as well. We have achieved accuracies of +/- 4 grams!
