The New IEDCO-Batch System Simplifies Most Batching Challenges

Turnersville, NJ – IEDCO's New IEDCO-Batch System will permit most powders to be transferred from a drum or other container automatically into a bucket, pouch or other container in very accurate batches.

The completely self contained dosing system eliminates all of the dust containment, ergonomic, safety and quality issues associated with the manual scooping and weighing operations which are so prevalent in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

The IEDCO-Batch System is another example of IEDCO’s commitment to simplicity, hygiene and accuracy in that there is not one moving part in the entire transfer and batch system. No bearings and no motors means low maintenance and easy cleaning.

Each IEDCO-Batch System is custom designed to fit client-specific requirements, but normally consists of the following:

• Vacuum Conveying System with Feed Wand
• Sanitary Rotary Valve
• Scale System
• Control Panel with Weigh Instrument
• Support Stand
• Fill Head
• Surge Hopper (optional)

All you need is a wall socket and a compressed air line, and you’re “up and batching”.

Using our Sanitary Rotary Valve as the batch feeder, we have achieved batching accuracies of +/- 0.00 kg!
